• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, excluding special or event days.

Reservation Conditions for Gastronomy Gift Vouchers:
• Prepayment is required.
• Personalized and nominative gift, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Any modification to the content of the gift voucher is not automatic and must be validated by management before the expiration date.
• If not used within the original validity period, an extension of validity may be requested.
• A gift voucher can be sent by registered mail with a personalized message, subject to necessary time, for an additional charge of €12.
• Reservations for the restaurant, hotel, and spa must be made in advance and are subject to availability and closure days (From April to September: open 7/7, from November to March: closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sunday evenings). Reservation is mandatory.
• Valid every day, except on special evenings.
