• Personalized and nominative gift, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• Any modification to the content of the gift voucher is not automatic and is subject to management approval
• If unused within the initial validity period, an extension can be requested
• Option for gift box delivery via tracked mail, with a personalized message, subject to processing time and an additional fee of €12

• If it is impossible to carry out one of the activities during your stay, a substitution of equivalent value will be provided
