Booking conditions for the giftboxes and gift vouchers
- Compulsory prepayment
- Personalized and nominative gift, non-exchangeable and non-refundable
- Any modification of the content of the gift voucher is not automatic and subjected to the direction's validation
- In the case you do not use it in the initial duration of the giftbox, an extension of the validity can be requested
- Possibility to send a giftbox by tracked letter, with a personalized message, subject to a required delay and a supplement of 10€.
- All activities included in the gift vouchers require advanced booking and are subjected to availability
- In case you could not perform one of the activities included in your stay, a substitution will take place, for an equivalent value.
- Valid every day except for special nights.
